On Wednesday, January 01, I moved back to the original spot that I left in November 2024.
My uncle gave me a lift so it was easier than last time. Even with the transport it was a draining move.
The adverse intrusions that started at this place followed me a quarter mile; then again, two & a half miles in a different city.
I mapped out other spots in Medford, Melrose & the Malden/Saugus line. However, I figure substantial time & energy would have been wasted on such moves, because the same thing will probably happen.
The pattern is vivid enough for me to see.
I could have stayed at the place in Medford that I just left. The reason I decided against that is much time would have been spent getting settled.
If these damaging infringements are a persistent factor then I might as well be at a place that I like, & where getting established will be easier.
So, I decided to move back to the original spot in Melrose. The ridgepole & rafters of the winter sleeping platform are all there. I just need to put it together. Besides that, all of the gear that I've accrued over the years is there.
The situation regarding my living quarters has changed for the worse; possibly long-term.
I anticipate nightly intrusions while I'm sleeping that may escalate to the following: people waking me up with screaming; shining lights on me; shaking & pounding the sleeping platform; throwing things at me; unzipping tents while I'm in them; etc.
Vital survival gear may start to disappear.
At this point I don't have much of a choice. The deplorable intrusions are a new constant.
