The theft & sabotage has followed me again. Early morning on December 10 I moved to a new spot in Medford that's about 2.5 miles from the one I left in Melrose.
I transported things to this location in my backpack & mother's grocery cart. It was a strenuous 6.5-mile hike in total, with partial rain; lugging my gear for 2.5 miles of that distance.
Before I left the new spot on Monday, December 23, I placed a pair of gloves on the chair in the winter tent. I did this as a test because multiple pairs of gloves have been stolen, so that would determine whether the sabotage & theft followed me.
Yesterday afternoon (December 28) I arrived to find that both gloves were taken off the chair. On was missing; the other had a finger cut off & was left outside the tent. A package of candles was thrown outside the tent — just like before. Whoever it was (once again) zipped the tent back up after removing the items.
Note the recurrent theme. In both places this happened: a bag of candles was removed from the winter tent & thrown on the ground outside; gloves were stolen; the saboteurs/thieves zipped the tent back up.
This is not just a similar procedure — it's the exact modus operandi.
To me it's unlikely that this is a coincidence. In my view the MNF has removed the notion of plausible deniability.
I'm determining what to do next.
