Major Dance Course Disruption

While editing dance course videos I've encountered substantial friction.

CapCut is regularly slow & error prone.(*)

Navigation & basic input are thwarted. Scrolling is sticky, jumpy, & inaccurate. Clicks are consistently ignored — some processes require half a dozen of them to initiate.

Program features are temporarily & permanently disabled.

The project files themselves are tampered with. Improvements are undone, while changes that I didn't make are enacted.

In addition to the sabotage, individual files are corrupted. When that happens I must locate & fix the corruption.

Adding to the navigational, speed, & functional difficulties is access denial. CapCut has been rendered unavailable.

On the internet level, both ethernet & wireless are sluggish & have been temporarily shut off.

Besides the recurrent application & internet disruption my computers are slothful. It appears a governor has been placed on the laptop & android.(*)

At times my computers are so dysfunctional that they might as well be physically unavailable.

It appears the slow internet has also been saddled with a speed limitation.

Specific instances of chaos are often synchronized with communication (PsyOp), which includes mocking & threats, dispensed through telepathic & environmental channels.(*)

Every time I use the web app I'm presented with an unceasing combination of delays, errors, navigational snags, ignored clicks, & failed processes.(*)

Only a fraction of my effort yields progress.

Evidently, the objective is to frustrate me into abandoning the project.(*)

* It could be reasoned that some of the obstacles I'm encountering are normal CapCut limitations (the web app isn't as quick as the desktop version), & type of laptop. While the relatively new laptop (2025) that I'm using isn't the best for heavy video editing, it's still plenty for these tasks. What I'm describing here would happen regardless of the application or system. Additionally, all of my PCs & mobile devices over the years have exhibited this impairment. After a reinstallation of the OS, they work fine for about a day, then the havoc begins.

* This speed-limiting governor isn't confined to the technological realm. It's a symptom of a comprehensive restraint that's been placed on various facets of my life, including hobbies & accomplishments, as well as physical, mental, & psychic abilities. I don't know how it's all being done, even though the effects are glaringly evident.

* A mind is communicating with me during the AI-driven CNO. Previously, I described it as a deranged child (psychopath). It frequently gives me the finger during instances of disruption. Here, I mentioned that the psychopath does not evolve into adulthood. They are stuck in primary integration — 10 years old on their "mature" days.

* The blockages thrown at me during this procedure are comparable to those of an activism project. For projects in general, every phase is meticulously subverted. So, I reckon the sabotage for this one won't stop when the editing is done. While uploading the videos I anticipate more interference. Then there's whatever happens on the platforms where the tutorials reside.

* I'm told blatantly via auditory & subliminal transmissions (fused with pulses of nasty emotions) to abandon the course. This combination is often synchronized with directed-energy attacks & environmental signals.
