The books that I started giving away in February 2016 are no longer freely available.
So far I have not received much money from sales because profit was not my initial goal, & Lulu's printing fees are rather high.
Lulu revenues have been about $10 per month (if that, & sometimes nothing), while Amazon Kindle sales are typically less than $50.
Because of this, I transferred the publishing & printing of the hardcopies to Amazon KDP. That was finished in January of this year. However, Amazon still has a stack of Lulu books at its warehouse, that must be expended before the Amazon versions are sold.
Thus, I'm still making little money. I've been informed that it could take another half a year to deplete this supply. However, I'm concerned that it will be longer & could be indefinite.
For eight years I was able to provide these books for free. I can't do this anymore. I've been reluctant to make this move even though I've been considering it for a couple of years.
Fortunately, my mother has been giving me money each week for necessities, & has purchased food & survival gear. "It" has also allowed my sister to send me money occasionally.
While I'm hopeful that the profit-generating methods that I've been exploring will be successful, so far the results have been flimsy.
My targeting, I surmise, has been the central factor in these unsuccessful ventures.
Although there have been exceptions, for the better part of a decade financial donations from people other than my mother & sister have been meager.
This "thing" has been controlling feedback & reward loops, especially ones that involve people, who it directly commands via the brain link.
All of my articles, status reports, social media posts, & documentaries are freely accessible. The entire book, New World War, is still online.
