Hi,

While researching the geoengineering issue I've found substantial evidence that the financial elite are using ionospheric heaters to cause drought & deluge all over the world.

The floods, droughts, typhoons, & earthquakes which are increasing in frequency everywhere, are not natural disasters. They are weather attacks. It appears their purpose is to destabilize nations, spread disease & famine, lower the population, seize land, & cause water & food shortages.

I'm looking forward to publishing this article. Within a couple of weeks I'll describe how they've been attacking me in Charlestown & the Somerville Public Library.
