Hello,
They are using an area denial tactic at the bridge. Last night when I went to the part of the bridge that I moved to the day before, I noticed a temporary metal fence encompassing the area.
A metal & plastic fence have also been placed around an area of the bridge on the other side of the highway that I've been passing through each morning. In a previous update I described how they completely blocked off the other side of that area with a metal fence containing a construction project. Before that it was partially blocked with a fence.
The entire area containing my sleeping platform & personal items is now completely blocked. For now I am jumping over the fence until I find a better place in the area. I understand this is one more excuse they can use to arrest me.
There are a variety of other possible scenarios. I may be providing daily status reports for a period of time.
