Hello,
For the last couple of days I've been able to eat regular food and adequately remove the waste from my colon. For at least a year it has been a struggle to make a bowel movement. This routine, which is done every other day, takes up to 1 & 1/2 hours and often requires 4 enemas. However, this situation may not be permanent. If the injury is worsened again I may only be able to have soft or liquid foods. If and when that happens I'll post information on the adjustments that I've made.
