Summary of Situation

There have been countless warnings by multiple presidents & political figures dating back to the days of President Andrew Jackson, of a significant threat to the Republic in the form of a group of extremely wealthy people with ties to the British Crown. These people functioned through a variety of front organizations & sought to control the political process of America for their own selfish ends. All of this information is a matter of public record. That transnational corporations now run the United States completely, can't be denied.

Now that the Anglo-American Establishment is finished conquering nations using brute military force in its quest for global dominance, it's focusing on small-scale warfare involving resisting individuals & groups. This new type of warfare is called Network Centric Warfare (Netwar), also called Military Operations Other Than War (MOOTW), Low-Intensity Conflict (LIC), Irregular Warfare (IW), & many other names. It includes the identification, isolation, & neutralization of individuals & groups on the local level who oppose the installation of a global corporate state. "Potential" enemies--those who "may" be opposed but have taken no political action, are also being attacked.

The Department of Defense, as well as supra-governmental think tanks such as the Council on Foreign Relations, the RAND Corporation, & a variety of government defense contractors have stated extensively in their publications that directed energy & biological weapons will be used globally to neutralize a state's internal domestic enemies. And that these new enemies exist among the civilian population.

To accomplish this, the DoD is using the interagency, which is a joint effort between the military, FBI, CIA, DEA, NSA, & local police, to isolate & deny any proper sanctuary to this new enemy. For instance, the US Army War College's April 09, 2002 report, mentioned "[We] must also focus on non-traditional threats at home" which it says includes "a wide array of threats." According to the US Army & the RAND Corporation, the new enemies include activists, NGOs, & others that are threatening their "global distribution of power."

In their 2005 report entitled, Toward a Revolution in Intelligence Affairs, the RAND Corporation mentions that "anyone who either acts or plans against U.S. national security interests" is a potential enemy. "Individuals using such asymmetric approaches, says RAND, will become the dominant threat to the US homeland." RAND & other government sources mention that these asymmetric approaches include First Amendment activities, which they label as dangerous "information operations" or "information warfare."

Revolutionary methods have been designed specifically to address this new enemy. They include psychological operations (PsyOp), biological & chemical weapons, & directed energy weapons. These methods will be used for executions under conditions which offer plausible deniability.

The US military will be using biological weapons on civilians in this new type of warfare. These biological attacks include infecting people with viruses that cause disease & injury. The US Air Force Academy's 1997 Nonlethal Weapons: Terms and References article describes disease organisms as: "nonfatal diseases targeted toward troops and civilians." Also advocated, has been changing the genetic structure of targeted individuals, families, & ethnic groups.

The Human Genome Project (HGP) was an international effort to identify & map all of the 20,000 to 25,000 human genes, as well as the 3 billion chemical base pairs that compose human DNA. The project was completed in 2003. According to the Department of Energy, all gene information is now stored in a database.

Despite the positive intentions given for projects such as the HGP, the technology will be used for destructive purposes. "HGP and proteomics have greatly enriched bioinformation" announced the U.S. Army Military Review, in its July-August 2005 report, Ultramicro, Nonlethal, and Reversible: Looking Ahead to Military Biotechnology. It makes possible, not just attacks against ethnic groups or families, but individuals too.

Genomics allows for the precision injury of tissue or organs. "We can choose military biotechnologies with different pathogenic factors to achieve various military goals," advocated the Review. "A military attack, therefore, might wound an enemy's genes, proteins, cells, tissues, and organs, causing more damage than conventional weapons could." What the Review is suggesting here is the changing of the physical &/or functional characteristics of an organ.

These tactics are considered non-lethal by the US military. Biological weapons can be sprayed in the air, or placed in a person's food or water supply. According to the International Committee of the Red Cross, it may also be possible to accomplish these attacks remotely. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), which is the scientific research division of the DoD, had an interest in remotely controlling biological functions at the system, organ, tissue, & even cellular level.

These sources also mention that the new enemy will be denied sanctuary in "any" place they visit, & that the directed energy & biological weapons will be used under conditions that offer plausibly deniability. Basically, any city, state, or country that an adversary moves to they will be hunted down, attacked with these weapons & PsyOp, & refused assistance.

However, the military has been using these weapons on civilians as far back as 1986, when people protesting at a US military based in England were attacked with high-powered microwaves. Other articles explaining attacks against adults & children appeared in the early 1990s.

The pattern that is unfolding globally is that any enemy of a corporation, or anyone opposed to the worldwide tyrannical police state that is being setup, is identified, isolated, & slowly murdered with this technology. The same basic reports are heard by targeted people in all major countries. The medical, legal, & political systems have so far basically ignored this, except when they're used to cover it up.
